WHERE DO I BEGIN?

Begin searching for your new home in a few easy steps:
1. Visit our homepage and select a city.
2. Use the search filters available on the page to get details of projects specific to your need.
3. Click on “View Details” next to a project or property for more information.
4. Click on the “Contact Us” button if you need our assistance

HOW DO I BENEFIT BY REGISTERING WITH HEDGE REALTY?

Once you are a registered user with us you will have full access to our entire range of client friendly features and search & compare tools. Registering with us will help you to scout for new listings, compare between projects you find interesting, add the ones you like to your favorites for later viewing, post questions and comments, get periodic updates and much, much more.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

If you want to compare between two or more projects or need to save your selection for later viewing for details or to show to your family or you’ve located a property that you like, then you need to sign up as a registered user. Click “Sign Up” on top right hand side corner of your screen and follow the instructions given below:
1. Enter your personal details in the mandatory fields, choose a password and click 'Sign up'.
2. A verification email will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email ID with us. To complete the process you will need to click on the verification link emailed to you.
3. Once you have verified the email ID, you can login as a registered user.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

First log into our site using your registered email ID & password. Then click on the change password option & submit your new password for updation.

ARE ONLY BUILDER PROJECTS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE OR CAN I LIST INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES ALSO FOR RESALE?

Hedge realty currently lists only builder projects & that too only primary market (ie first sale from the builder directly). We may however at some later date indulge in secondary market and resale individual properties also.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CLICK “CONTACT US” NEXT TO A PROJECT LISTED?

When you click ‘Contact us’ one of our Relationship Managers will be in touch with you and will assist you by providing full details of project, help you, help arrange a site visit for you and coordinate with the builder on your behalf. In short we will hand hold you through the entire process of buying your home should you choose to proceed with the purchase of a home through us. We will also assist you in availing a suitable home loan should you require one.

DO YOU HAVE A LOCAL PRESENCE ACROSS MAJOR CITIES?

CAN I APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN THROUGH HEDGE REALTY?
